Religious Education for Children and Youth / Child Care
Our church school seeks to support parents and children in their spiritual quest through our classes, carefully selected curricula, social and service activities, and most of all by providing an atmosphere of both tolerance and questioning.  Details

Adult Exploration

Adult Forum 9:45 am, Jaggers Parlor
Forum explores the world of social action, humanism, and current events through presentations and discussions. Details

Bible Workbench 9:30 am, Library
Text and discussion enables us to enter the bible stories as means to make connections to the world around and in our own lives, regardless of spiritual orientation. Details

Journeys 9:45, Religious Ed Director Room
Are you interested in connecting more deeply with folks at First Jefferson?  Join us as we explore meaningful topics to deepen our own self-understanding and foster closeness and connectedness. Details

Worship Service
Our service is similar in its overall structure to most church services. We have a choir, an offertory, and a call to worship. The minister usually delivers a 20 minute sermon.  We sing hymns, share happy and sad events with one another, and announce upcoming events in the life of the congregation.  Details
